Unicode support and misc. bug fixes

General Bug Fixes

  • Attendance rewards not working properly after 30 days
  • Item disassembly did not showing the correct time
  • Various Tesla Shop items showing the wrong cost item type
  • Players being able to use the wrong weapon in Gladiator
  • Lobby chat channels not updating the player list correctly

Client/Lobby

  • Game rooms in lobby will now show a message whenever a player joins or leaves.
  • The client should now properly work if the path to it and/or your system username contains unicode characters
  • Player names may now contain certain unicode characters--the list of currently allowed characters are: a-z, 0-9, _, γ„±γ„΄γ„·γ„Ήγ…γ…‚γ……γ…‡γ…ˆγ…Šγ…‹γ…Œγ…γ…Žγ…γ…‘γ…“γ…•γ…—γ…›γ…œγ… γ…‘γ…£γ„²γ„Έγ…ƒγ…†γ…‰γ…γ…’γ…”γ…–γ…˜γ…™γ…šγ…γ…žγ…Ÿγ…’

Campaign

  • NPCs running in circles has been fixed in most cases for both Normal and Hard mode. Please post a screenshot of any remaining ones you encounter in the Discord #bugs channel.
  • Normal mode spawn locations adjusted to hide spawns better
  • Hard mode entirely overhaulled:
    • Oppressor (Shield NPC) AI adjusted to be more aggressive
    • Sniper Soldier AI responds faster to players peeking, and they now camp angles rather than chasing the player
    • Gustav fires more rockets before the helicopter troopers arrive
  • Gustav's gun turrets now alternate sides when firing

Wayne

Revolver

In patch 0.9b, the Revolver crit multiplier was dramatically reduced due to how easy it is to land Fast Draw shots, and how it can be fired rapidly preventing counterplay. These crit multiplier nerfs have been rolled back, and instead the cooldown on Fast Draw has been slightly extended from 3 to 5 seconds to allow opponents to get up after being knocked down.

Lever-action Rifle

In patch 0.9b, the Lever-action Rifle moving accuracy was reduced prevent sniping while Reloadshotting to bring it into a primarily close range technique. As the LAR does not stun when dashing, rolling or Reloadshotting, this change has been mostly rolled back. The inaccuracy remains for the Defender 808 as it is useful due to the multi-shot rounds making it easier to hit enemies, and instead has received a minor headshot damage buff.

Ivan

Sniper Rifle
  • All snipers have been adjusted to one-shot all but Max and Wayne via headshot. The Predator and Crime Buster also one-shot Wayne.
  • No snipers two-shot any class even with maxed Ranged Piercing gears.
  • Crime Buster: The Crime Buster has been reworked, and is now the highest damage and longest-range sniper rifle, but it has the slowest fire rate which may impede agility and combo potential
  • Spirit Hunter: The Spirit Hunter has been reworked, with dramatically increased damage both base and headshot. Weapon draw time and reload time has also been reduced, making it the fastest sniper overall. The magazine size has been reduced as a result to balance these bonuses.
  • The Predator's base damage has been slightly reduced to make space for the Crime Buster
  • The Krasnov is now tied with the Spirit Hunter as the fastest swapping sniper
  • The Reaper can now be Jump-cancelled again
