Client update

Version 0.4b -

The client filesystem has been reworked and is now more efficient.
The client's in-game fps counter should now work as intended.
An actions per minute counter has been added, it can be activated by using the chat command /apm 1 or deactivated with /apm 0.
Added and option to the launcher that allows you to easily clean up the game's cached content.
