Changed the swap time of both Crime Buster snipers to match the Lightning Predator.

New map

• Arena - Battle Palace

Supply crate progress is now added upon finishing a campaign stage.
Items purchased from the shop now disassemble into the original cost of the item for a full refund.
Items obtained from the tesla shop disassembles into a random gold, ore or crystal reward.
The rarity grade of several items have been changed to better reflect their value.
Default armor items have been removed from the shop as they serve no purpose.

Training dummy stage

• Can be accessed under the campaign tab.
• ZP Packs with a respawn time of 1 second have been added.
• Ammo Pack with a respawn time of 1 second have been added.

Various server issues have been addressed.
