Maps

Jungle Duel

  • Collisions have been revised and bullet collisions implemented so the map is now fully playable.
  • Map textures updated
  • Death trigger added to the water area

Bridge

  • Collisions have been revised and bullet collisions implemented so the map is now fully playable.

Character Mechanics

  • Disabled Perfect Guard when performing Double Butterfly
  • Prevented the Perfect Guard stun for players with Super armor or during iframes
  • Removed the super armor on the Perfect Guard stunned animation, leading to victims exiting combos unexpectedly
  • Flamethrower can no longer be Perfect Guarded

Wayne

  • Dash distance with Whip reduced
    • Zen: Due to the fact that Wayne lands running after performing a midair lunge unlike other characters, the additional dash distance granted in 0.12.0 unintentionally made Wayne too fast. If it's found he struggles to keep up with the other characters as a result of this change, we will investigate further.

Regions

Additional regions have been added. For now these are primarily for social purposes, but will be used for matchmaking prioritisation in the future. The regions still map to the same 2 base game servers as follows:

Miscellaneous

  • Client now pops to the foreground when a Matchmaking game is found
    • Note that if the game has been minimized rather than just unfocussed, the match found sound will play but it may not be foregrounded
  • Game reward multiplier on loss has been increased:
    • Campaign: 0.15x -> 0.5x
    • PvP: 0.6x -> 0.85x
  • Clan image loading performance improved to reduce client freezing/stuttering
    • It may take time for clan image changes to be shown in the game client
